How a Project With Us Actually Works
Week 1 - Discovery Call (Free, 30 min)
We get on a call, you tell us about your business and goals, and we figure out together whether we're the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
Days 3–5 - Proposal & Scope
We send you a clear proposal: what we'll build, what it costs, and when it'll be done. No vague estimates, no surprise add-ons.
Weeks 2–3 - Design Phase
We design the full site in Wix Studio. You review, give feedback, and we refine. Typically one or two revision rounds, but we have no revisions limit.
Weeks 3–5 - Development & Revisions
We build it out with animations, CMS, integrations, and mobile responsiveness. You review the live staging version before anything goes public.
Week 5–6 - Launch & SEO Setup
We configure meta titles, descriptions, Google Search Console, sitemaps, and structured data before launch. Your site is indexed correctly from day one.
After Launch - Optional Ongoing Support
Monthly retainers are available for clients who want a long-term partner to keep their site sharp, updated, and growing.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Client: FormX - California's most advanced modular building system for custom homes and ADUs.
The problem: FormX had a genuinely groundbreaking product, a modular construction system that builds homes 70% faster than traditional methods, with full customization and California sustainability compliance. But the technology was complex, and the existing digital presence wasn't doing it justice. Potential customers were landing on the site and leaving confused rather than excited.
What we built: A full Wix Studio website in collaboration with designer Bar from Ove Studio. The site transforms a technically complex construction process into a clean, three-step journey: Design, Permit, Build. We developed the core messaging strategy, "Giving form to your dreams" and "Customized living solutions delivered in a fraction of the time", and structured the site to serve multiple buyer segments simultaneously: homeowners seeking ADU rental income, families needing backyard offices, and those looking for in-law suites. Complex modular technology, presented as an exciting opportunity rather than an intimidating process.
The result: A platform that positions FormX as the definitive solution in California's rapid-build home market, turning an intimidating construction decision into a clear, confident next step for every type of buyer who lands on the site.
