Why We Build Exclusively on Wix Studio - And Why That's a Competitive Advantage

When a new client asks why we only build on Wix Studio, I give them an honest answer: because it's the best platform for the work we do, and because depth of expertise beats breadth of options every time.

That's the short version. Here's the longer one.
How I Got Here
I didn't start in web design. I spent years as a business manager, executive, and marketing consultant. I came to Wix almost by accident. A client needed a site, I started exploring the platform, and something clicked.
What I found wasn't a website builder. It was a system with genuine design freedom, serious technical depth, and a logic that made sense to me as someone who thinks about business outcomes first and aesthetics second. I fell in love with it from the first project.
What followed was years of deep investment. Extensive Wix training and certifications. Being selected as one of just eight website builders across Israel to participate in a three-month intensive program run directly by Wix employees, some of the deepest platform knowledge I've encountered anywhere.
I earned dual certifications: Web Design Expert and Developer Expert. I became certified in Velo, Wix's JavaScript development environment. I joined Wix's product advisory teams and beta communities. By the time Wix Monster Studio was a business, I had a level of platform knowledge that most Wix users, and most Wix agencies, simply don't have.
That knowledge is the foundation of everything we build.
Why Specialisation Matters More Than Versatility
There's a version of a web agency that does everything. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom code, whatever the client wants. That sounds flexible. In practice, it usually means being generically competent at several things rather than genuinely expert at one.
We chose a different path. We build exclusively on Wix Studio, and we've invested years into being among the best in the world at doing that.
The difference shows up in real ways:
We know what's possible. When a client asks if we can build a specific feature, integrate a specific tool, or create a specific interaction, I usually know the answer immediately. Not because I'm guessing, but because I've built most of it before or I know the platform well enough to know what it can and can't do. That saves time and prevents surprises.
We know the shortcuts and the traps. Every platform has patterns that work and patterns that look fine in the editor but cause problems in production. After years of deep Wix Studio work, we know both. We build things the right way, not just the obvious way.
We stay current. Wix Studio releases new capabilities regularly. Because we're on the platform every day, and because I'm part of beta communities and advisory teams, we're often working with new features before they're publicly available. Clients benefit from that.
What Wix Studio Actually Is in 2026
The perception gap around Wix Studio is real and it's closing, but it's worth addressing directly.
The Wix that most people remember, or that gets dismissed in developer communities, is the consumer product from several years ago. Wix Studio is a different product. It's the professional tier, built for agencies and developers, with capabilities that compete seriously with platforms that cost significantly more to build and maintain on.
What Wix Studio offers today:
Pixel-perfect responsive design with full layout control at every breakpoint
A complete CMS for dynamic, database-driven content
Velo, a JavaScript development environment for custom logic, API integrations, and custom backend functions
Advanced animations and interactions
Multilingual support with per-language SEO settings
Integrated hosting, security, and platform maintenance
The gap between a Wix Studio site and a custom-coded site, when Wix Studio is used properly, by people who know the platform, is much smaller than most people assume. The gap in cost and timeline is much larger.
What It Means for the Clients We Work With
Specialising in one platform has a direct effect on client outcomes.
Faster delivery. We don't lose time figuring out the platform, researching solutions, or working around surprises. We know what we're doing before we start.
Better results. We bring accumulated experience from every project we've built to every new one. Patterns that work, mistakes we've already learned from, solutions we've refined over time.
Cleaner handover. When a project is done, clients get a site they can actually manage themselves. Wix Studio's editor is genuinely usable by non-technical teams, and because we build with that in mind, clients aren't dependent on us for every small update.
Honest advice. Because we're not trying to sell you any particular platform, we've already decided which one we use; our job is simply to tell you whether it's the right fit for your project. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.
The Trade-Off
Specialising means turning down some work. If a client needs a deep custom backend, a complex SaaS product, or a large-scale e-commerce infrastructure, Wix Studio might not be the right answer, and we'll say so honestly.
But for the vast majority of businesses that need a high-quality web presence, service businesses, startups, agencies, B2B companies, hospitality brands, professional practices, Wix Studio handles the job extremely well. And we handle Wix Studio extremely well.
That's the combination.
